🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

As all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each piece is made specifically for you, and this helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and fit.

📦 In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, we kindly request:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
• The video must clearly show the damage and the product inside

Once verified, we will either:

• Ship you a brand-new replacement of the same item, or
• Issue you store credit for a future purchase
